Pay My Bill

Need assistance with your heating bill? LIHEAP helps low-income families in crisis pay their heating bills. Locklin's Bottled Gas, Inc accepts LIHEAP. Securely pay your bill with any credit card through PayPal. Simply enter your Account Number and click the PayPal button below.

*Applicants must contact LIHEAP. LIHEAP will then notify us when residents qualify for benefits.  LIHEAP open enrollment dates were November 2023 - April 2024. We will notify you when the new dates become available for 2025.

Payment Options

New customers must complete a credit application. Payments are due within 15 days of delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Please Note: A credit card processing fee of 3% will be applied to your payment. This fee is passed on to our customers to cover the costs associated with processing credit card transactions. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.

Credit Policy


For qualified charge accounts, payments are due within 15 days of delivery or notice. We deliver the fuel and expect payment within 15 days. Violation of this credit policy will result in the customer being placed on a C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) basis. If you need more than one month to pay your outstanding fuel bills, we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover by phone or our Online Payment System. Please be aware that if a balance is owed, another delivery will not be made until the first is paid in full.

Budget Plans


We offer budget plans to make paying your heating bills easier and alleviate higher bills during the winter months. Our budget plan runs from May through the following April.


These 12-month payments are created individually and based on your household’s anticipated heating needs. Your budget plans are determined by the past few years of use. We review your account annually to determine what your monthly payments will be for the upcoming heating season. If you have no usage history, budget plans can be created based on anticipated use. In addition, during the heating season, we will reevaluate your account to determine if any modifications need to be made. Any balance on your account in April must be paid in full before initiating a new budget plan. If there is a credit on your account it can be rolled over into the following year's budget plan. For your convenience, auto-pay options are available.
